Merlot Rouge 2009

The 2009 Merlot Rouge has distinctive varietal characteristics of the Merlot variety with aromas and flavours of cherries and plum. Merlot Rouge has retained some its sweetness and with balanced acidity provides a crisp clean finish. This wine is medium bodied and was matured in oak for 12 months.


Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

AWARDED A BRONZE MEDAL AT THE 2010 GEOGRAPHE WINE SHOW
The Henty View Cabernet Sauvignon shows prominent varietal fruit aromas of blackberry and mulberry, the palate displays ripe fruit flavours of berries, licorice. Subtle oak is evident on the nose and palate as it was matured in new French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is a rich, full bodied wine with well integrated tannins.


'The Dress Circle' Shiraz 2011

AWARDED A BRONZE MEDAL AT THE 2011 GEOGRAPHE WINE SHOW
The TDC Shiraz is a full bodied wine with big, soft, velvety tannins. Chocolate, and cinnamon aromas are evident, with blueberries, plums, licorice and subtle toasty oak flavours on the palate. This wine is full bodied and was matured in new oak for 12 months.

Subtle oak is evident on the nose and palate as it was matured in 25% new oak for 12 months. The wine is a rich, full bodied wine with well integrated tannins.
